SINAPISI Rwanda NGO is one of the agencies of the Franciscan movement called Mission of the Glorious Cross of St Francis of Assisi (MCGFA) is a faith-based socioeconomic development organization that helps to transform the lives of vulnerable people especially children and women in Rwanda. It was founded on February 8, 1992 by Mr. Sengayire Jean Baptiste. It has its headquarters in the City of Kigali, District of Kicukiro, Kigarama Sector and is operational in East Africa. SINAPISI Rwanda NGO changed its name in 2010 from PAMASOR-RWANDA to SINAPISI-RWANDA as its areas of intervention were no longer limited to prevention of HIV but included other charitable, humanitarian, and development activities to benefit orphaned and vulnerable children. The organization's objective is to design programs, proposals, projects and strong partnerships to support vulnerable people, especially women and children and contribute to the overall mission of MCG by assisting the other agencies attain their objectives.
